Returns and Exchanges

We want your shopping experience to be a happy one.  If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, you have 5 business days from when you received your order to request a Return Authorization Number.  Once we receive and approve your RA request, we will issue an RA number and instructions on how to return your order. Any items on sale will not be eligible for a refund or return.  All free gifts must be turned with purchase.  Returns sent back without an RA number will be issued Store Credit for use only at


  • Shipping charges are not refundable for returned items.
  • Merchandise that appears worn or damaged will not be refunded.
  • The carrier is responsible for delivery of shipped merchandise. We do not issue call tags.
  • Altered, customized, resized and sale merchandise is final sale and is not refundable or returnable.
  • Merchandise sent back for a refund will be processed immediately once it has been approved. However, it may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.

**Sale Items, Special Orders, and Custom Orders are a Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.**

Returns must be in original packaging, have the RA# printed clearly outside the box, and be sent to the following address:

Gifts with purchase must accompany any returned merchandise with which it was ordered, unless the remaining value of the order is equal to or greater than the retail value of the gift item.
